He has dedicated nineteen years to personal development, getting to know many disciplines for the well-being of body, mind, emotions and soul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has been practicing meditation consistently since 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 2008 to 2024, he delivered 160 crash courses, 250 short workshops and helped people in more than 5,400 one-to-one sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He founded the GOTAM Academy<\/em>, through which he reaches 400 practitioners every day, supporting them on their path to consciousness with one-to-one and group sessions.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Training in Hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Programming and Coaching (NLP Trainer certification, Richard Bandler, Society of NLP U.S.A.), 2,100 hours, from 2008 to 2012 + 250 hours in 2021;<\/p>\n

Personal Meditation and Mindfulness training, 3,000 hours, from 2004 to 2024;<\/p>\n

Reiki Master attunement in Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho, Reiki Teate, Tibetan Reiki, Universal Reiki, 1,650 hours of training since 2010, leading workshops and constant practice from 2012 to 2024;<\/p>\n

Personal practice of Tantra, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, 400 hours, from 2014 to 2023;<\/p>\n

Training in Bach Flower Therapy, 64 hours, Omniae Medicinae Roma, 2012;<\/p>\n

Training in Emotional Freedom Techniques, with AAMET \/ E.F.T. International certification;<\/p>\n

Over 600 books read about psychology, awareness and personal development, from 2007 to 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
