Reiki helps you relax, relieve and heal emotional suffering<\/strong> that leads to health issues in the body. Over time, Reiki gives you the chance to realign yourself to the needs of your soul.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can experience Reiki by receiving one-to-one treatments<\/strong> to find support. Or you can choose to train and become a professional<\/strong>, to begin your own journey in this discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marco Cattaneo GOTAM is available for individual treatments and workshops in <\/em>Rome<\/span><\/em>, <\/i>Milan<\/span><\/em>, <\/i>Turin<\/span><\/em> and<\/i>, <\/i>Bologna<\/span><\/em> (Italy). He is also available remotely<\/u>, in specific situations to be considered on a case by case basis. Treatments are carried out while remaining clothed and consist in 60-minute sessions. Workshops can also be organised upon request of at least 4 people.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training course for Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho practitioners is taught in four steps: first level (2 days), second level (2 days), third level (1 day), Reiki Master (about one year). Each learner’s course is highly customised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
